§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 116.01 through 116.07 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, for each offense, and every day that any violation shall occur shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

      (2)   Any person parking cars in excess of the numbers authorized by § 116.05 of this section shall be fined $100 per day per car for said violation.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 116.20 through 116.40 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $200.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 116.55 through 116.60 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $200, for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
