§ 51.110 SAMPLE COLLECTION.
   (A)   Except as indicated in division (B) below, the industrial user must collect wastewater samples using 24 hour timed composite collection techniques. In addition, grab samples may be required to show compliance with instantaneous discharge limits. Grab sample collection procedures must conform to 40 C.F.R. Part 403.12(g)(4). All wastewater samples must be representative of the IU's discharge per 40 C.F.R. Part 403.12(g)(3).
   (B)   Samples for oil and grease, temperature, pH, cyanide, phenols, toxicity, sulfides and volatile organic chemicals must be obtained using grab collection techniques.
