§ 51.086 PERMIT REISSUANCE.
   A significant industrial user shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete wastewater discharge permit application in accordance with § 51.065 a minimum of 180 days prior to the expiration of the industrial user's existing wastewater discharge permit.
