345.99 PENALTIES.

(a) Whoever violates Sections 345.02, 345.05, 345.07, 345.08, 345.11, 345.12, 345.13, and 345.14, of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 303.99.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 345.03 of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 303.99.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of Section 345.04 of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 303.99.

(d) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 345.06, 345.09, and 345.10, shall be subject to the penalties set forth in the comparable sections in Chapter 333.
