345.03 OBEDIENCE TO ORDER OF POLICE OFFICER.

No person shall refuse or fail to comply with any order, signal or direction of any member of the Divisions of Police or Fire given or made in connection with the control of traffic or pedestrians in a shopping center or parking lot.
