730.01 PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of Section 730.01 to 730.99 inclusive of this Ordinance to regulate the location, operation, and maintenance of medical marijuana entitles in order to promote the public health, safety, and welfare. It is the intent of these Sections to prohibit the cultivation, processing and dispensing of medical marijuana in the City of Bellefontaine, Ohio.
