149.01 VACATION OF STREETS AND ALLEYS.

   (a)   All applications for the vacation of streets and alleys in the City, shall be filed in the office of the City Engineer on forms provided for that purpose.

   (b)   Each such application shall be accompained by a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to cover the City's expense in processing and handling such application, together with necessary ordinance and recording expense.
