955.07 DEPOSIT OF FUNDS.

All fees and charges paid to the City from the operation of such emergency vehicle(s) shall be deposited in a special account to be known as "Ambulance Fund"; and such funds shall be used solely for the purpose of maintenance, operation and replacement of the ambulances and ambulance equipment, and for personnel to operate and maintain said emergency vehicle(s) or ambulances.
