The territories served by the ambulance shall be limited to the corporate boundaries of the City of Bellefontaine and to a radius of ten miles around the City with the exception of the mutual aide agreements to which the City is a party, and the transfer of persons from Mary Rutan Hospital to hospitals in other cities.
