953.05 ADMINISTRATION BY FIXED BASE OPERATOR.

The duly qualified and acting Service-Safety Director of the City may delegate any of the operations, authorizations and procedures heretofore within this chapter authorized to be performed by the Service-Safety Director to the fixed base operator of such Airport who is then under contract with the City for the operation of the same.
