953.01 USE OF FACILITIES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

The Service-Safety Director is hereby authorized and directed to issue permits for individuals to use hangar and tie-down facilities at the Municipal Airport in furtherance of the public purpose of the operation of such airport. No person shall use such facilities without first obtaining such a permit.
