Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2009-3, 6-2-2009)
