A. Misdemeanor: Any violation of the provisions of this code is a misdemeanor.
B. Penalty: The court, in imposing sentence upon an offender convicted of an offense for violation of a provision of this code which refers to this section of the code or for which no penalty is otherwise provided, may sentence the offender to a term of imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months in the county detention center, or fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or both.
C. Separate Offense: Each day any violation of any provision of this code shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
D. Revocation of a License or Permit: The revocation of a license or permit is allowed in addition to any other penalty. (Ord. 2016-4, 6-20-2016)
