9-5-9: PENALTY:
Any violation of this chapter occurring within management zone shall constitute a misdemeanor and be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each separate violation hereof. (Ord. 95-16, 1-22-1996; amd. 2009 Code)
