§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of § 150.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided for in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (C)   Per §§ 150.15 through 150.18 of this chapter, any person who shall tear down or begin the tearing down of any house or building within the city limits of the city without having first procured a permit therefor as herein provided shall be guilty of an offense against the city and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
