Mobile homes or prefabricated buildings within the city shall meet the following restrictions.
(A) Mobile homes shall not be older than ten years of age.
(B) Mobile homes shall be skirted within 60 days and, if removable, axles and tongues shall be removed also within 60 days.
(C) Standard mobile home tie-downs placed a minimum of 15 feet apart shall be installed on each section of a manufactured mobile home.
(D) Two or more mobile homes shall not be joined unless the mobile home consists of two or more sections, such as double- and triple-wide manufactured homes.
(E) An exception to these requirements may be granted upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and approval by the City Council.
