§ 135.14 TAMPERING WITH SIGNS OR EQUIPMENT.
   It is unlawful for any person to tamper with any signs, signal equipment or other devices placed, operated and maintained by the city in connection with the administration of its code provisions, ordinances, regulations, services, functions or performance of duties thereto.
