(A) Any violation of any of the provisions of Title XIII not addressed otherwise by any person, firm or corporation shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Punishment shall be as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code unless otherwise specifically shown.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who is charged with the following offenses shall be subject to a fine of $500, excluding costs, and shall be subject to a sentence of incarceration of up to 60 days in jail for each offense.
