§ 135.09 IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER OR ANY CITY OFFICER.
   (A)   No person, other than police officers of the city, shall wear or carry the uniform, apparel, badge, identification card or any other insignia of office like or similar to, or a colorable imitation of, that adopted and worn or carried by the police officers of the city.
   (B)   No person shall do or attempt any act to impersonate a police officer.
   (C)   It is unlawful to falsely impersonate any officer or employee of the city, or falsely to represent himself or herself to be an officer or employee of the city, by any kind of representation, pretense, insignia, sound, clothing or conduct, or to exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of an officer or employee of the city without being authorized to do so.
