§ 135.06 CONVEYING INSTRUMENTS TO ASSIST ESCAPE.
   No person shall convey into the city’s jail any disguised instrument or anything proper or useful to facilitate the escape of any prisoner lawfully committed to or detained in the city’s jail for any violation of the city’s ordinances or for any criminal offense, or lawfully detained or imprisoned therein, whether such escape is effected or attempted or not.
