(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to a fine as provided in § 130.99 of this code, for a third offense per § 133.05 of this chapter in any one 12-month period, the vehicle may be impounded at the officer’s discretion. The Police Chief shall review all third-offense impoundments to review discretion and the nature of the violation.
