§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If, after the warning notice pursuant to § 131.15(G)(6) of this chapter of a first violation by a minor, a parent violates § 131.15(E) of this chapter in connection with a second violation by the minor, then this shall be treated as an offense by the parent. The penalty, upon a plea of guilty or nolo contendere or a finding of guilt, shall be as provided in § 130.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 131.17(B) of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished with a fine of not more than $500, plus all court costs and statutory penalties.

   (D)   Any person violating the provisions of § 131.19 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 130.99 of this code, or by appropriate community service not to exceed 20 hours.
