§ 131.20 MISREPRESENTING AGE TO INDUCE SALE OF ALCOHOL.
   (A)   No person shall misrepresent his or her age, either orally or in writing or by presenting false or altered documentation of age, for the purpose of inducing any person to sell him or her alcoholic beverages.
