§ 131.16 CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
      ANY PERSON. Any human being without regard to the legal or natural relationship to a minor, as well as legal or corporate entities.
      MINOR. Any person under the age of 18 years.
   (B)   Any person who shall knowingly or willfully cause, aid, abet or encourage a minor to be, to remain or to become a delinquent child, as defined by state law, shall be guilty of an offense.
