(A) At all times, there shall be posted in a conspicuous place a badge, tag or card issued by the city as proof of issuance of a license upon each:
(1) Licensee, if an individual;
(2) Vehicle or booth used by a licensee; or
(3) Building or premises, as appropriate for blanket licenses.
(B) The card, tag or badge shall state the name of the licensee and the date of expiration of the license. Blanket licenses shall be displayed and readily available for inspection by the city.
