(A) The fee for the licenses herein required shall be as set by the City Council by motion or resolution. The fees may be waived for educational, charitable or religious groups qualifying as 501(c)(3) organizations that make house-to-house solicitations.
(B) Vendors/suppliers catering to local merchants for the resale of merchandise as-is or to be processed into consumer items shall be exempt from the license fee when selling to a business with the same standard industry code number or American industry code number.
(C) The license fee will not apply to vendors who have rented space for a sponsoring organization who are working in their designated area on the day or days of the event.
