(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 111.01, 111.02, 111.65 or 111.66 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code. Such person may also be enjoined from continuing such violation. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.

(C) (1) Any person violating the provisions of § 111.24 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $50.
(2) Any person convicted of violating § 111.24 of this chapter shall pay, in addition to any fine as described above, a special assessment trauma care fee of $100, to be deposited to the Trauma Care Assistance Revolving Fund created by 63 O.S. § 1-2530.9.

(D) Any person violating the provisions of § 111.48 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $50. Any person convicted of violating § 111.48 of this chapter shall pay, in addition to any fine as described above, a special assessment trauma care fee of $100, to be deposited to the Trauma Care Assistance Revolving Fund created by 63 O.S. § 1-2530.9.
