The latest edition of the United States Public Health Service recommendation Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance with Administrative Procedures and the provisions of state law governing milk and milk products as set out in 63 O.S. §§ 1-1301 through 1-1311, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference in this chapter and are enforceable by the city as fully as if they were set out at length herein. At least one copy of the milk ordinance and referenced state law shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk. The milk ordinance and the referenced state law shall govern except for in cases of conflict with the provisions of this chapter, in which case, the more restrictive terms shall prevail.
