§ 111.42 RETAIL DEALER’S LICENSE REQUIRED; LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   No person shall sell, distribute or dispense any low-point beer at retail to the public without first having obtained a license to do so from the city, making payment in advance to the City Clerk in the amount as provided herein. The annual fee shall be $25 for a license under this subchapter for retail dealers selling low-point beer for consumption on or off the premises, and $25 for retail dealers selling low-point beer in original packages and not for consumption on the premises. The license shall expire annually on December 31.
   (B)   No license issued hereunder is transferable. Licenses required by this subchapter shall be issued by the City Clerk upon payment of the required fee and compliance by the applicant with all applicable ordinances of the city, and upon a satisfactory showing that the applicant has obtained such state and county permits as are required by law.
