(A) No person shall sell, deliver, furnish or give any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years, except that this division (A) shall not apply to a parent or guardian as regards his or her child or children.
(B) No licensee shall permit any person under 21 years of age to enter, remain within or be about the premises of a retail package store or mixed beverage establishment.
(C) No person under 21 years of age shall enter, remain within or be about the premises of a retail package store or mixed beverage establishment.
