§ 95.03 PUBLIC PARK CLOSING HOURS, POSTED.
   (A)   The city’s public park (Legacy Park) within the city limits shall be closed to the public:
      (1)   From 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. each day (Summer Hours); or
      (2)   From 8:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. each day (Winter Hours).
   (B)   Provided, the city may post more restrictive rules and regulations.
