(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definition applies unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
KENNEL. Any premises upon which are kept, bred, trained or sold three or more dogs six months of age or more. KENNELS shall comply with all of the provisions of this chapter.
(B) It is unlawful to maintain a kennel within the city, except upon a license issued by the City Council in accordance with compliance with the regulations of the Council and payment of a license fee.
