§ 90.003 PROHIBITED ANIMALS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to keep or maintain or to permit to be kept or maintained in the city any cattle, swine, bull, stallion, mare, gelding, jack, cow, sheep, goat or any related animal unless otherwise permitted pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   Any animal as listed herein may be pastured within the city limits on the basis of one animal per acre if the animal and surroundings are properly maintained so as to limit offensive odors and noise.
   (C)   No other animals may be kept within the city limits unless an exception has been previously applied for and properly approved through the city.
   (D)   Any animal such as listed herein may be pastured in any area zoned as agricultural as long as proper steps are taken and maintained to limit offensive odors and noise.
