(A) Because of the restriction on the parking of large motor vehicles within the city along the rights- of-way, the city provides accessible and suitable parking between Main Street and Seventh Street on the railroad right-of-way on the west side of the railroad track. Large vehicles are required to utilize this designated area for parking.

(B) All large vehicles parked in this designated parking area are limited and restricted to its use for periods of not more than 72 hours per use. Any vehicle utilizing said parking facility being left unattended for a period in excess of said 72 hours shall subject said vehicle to ticketing and/or towing and removal at the owner’s expense.
