§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 73.07 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in § 70.99 of this code.
