The parking of trucks, trailers, recreational vehicles, industrial tractors, mowers and other related equipment, and of any vehicle exceeding two axles, on any street or alley within a district zoned residential is prohibited, except for the immediate loading or unloading of persons or materials. No commercial truck exceeding two axles or in excess of a length of 15 feet, or both, shall be allowed to park in any area of the city zoned as a residential district.
