§ 72.03 VEHICLE LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall drive, propel, move or park on the streets of the city any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer unless the motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer is licensed as required by state law and the license is conspicuously displayed thereon.
