§ 72.02 DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for any person who does not have a driver’s license, as required by state law for the operation of a vehicle upon the state highways, to operate a motor vehicle within the city, or to operate a motor vehicle within the city in violation of any restriction applied to the driver’s license.
