§ 72.01 OPERATION OF VEHICLES GENERALLY.
   Every person operating a vehicle in the city shall at all times operate the vehicle in a prudent and careful manner and in compliance with the laws of the city and state, having due regard for other vehicles, the rights of pedestrians and the property of others.
