(A) Any customers who violate any provision of this chapter, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made hereunder, shall be subject to penalty or to a combination of the penalties as follows.
(1) The city, Public Works Authority, will discontinue water service immediately to any structure(s) or parcel(s) when found to be in violation of this chapter.
(2) When found to be in violation pursuant to the provisions of this section and § 53.10 of this chapter, a fine of $500 will be levied against the person or persons responsible.
(3) Upon payment of the fine, a reconnect fee will be required of the customer before service is reconnected.
(B) The imposition of one or more penalties for any violation shall not excuse any violation or permit it to continue.
