§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of § 52.01 of this chapter is punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 52.15 through 52.17 of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of the general penalty ordinance as shown in § 10.99(A) of this code. Any violation shall be determined as a continuing violation, with each day of occurrence constituting a separate violation.
