§ 52.17 TIME REQUIREMENT FOR INSTALLING GREASE TRAP OR INTERCEPTOR.
   (A)   When the PWA Superintendent determines that a business within said city is discharging pollutants that are in violation of § 52.15 of this chapter, the owner of the business and the property owner, if different entities, shall be notified of such violation in writing.
   (B)   Once such notification is made, the business/property owner shall be given a reasonable time to install an appropriate grease trap/interceptor. Said grace period shall not be in excess of six months unless otherwise so provided by the Public Works Authority.
   (C)   Once said grace period has passed, then, in the event that the required interceptor or trap has not been properly installed and approved by the PWA Superintendent, the owner shall be considered in violation of this subchapter and shall be subject to punishment as herein provided.
