§ 51.01 MANDATORY REFUSE COLLECTION FOR WATER USERS.
   It is mandatory for each occupied business and residence within the city that must be legally connected to the water delivery system delivered by the Public Works Authority to utilize the refuse service furnished and contracted by the city.
