(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 34.065 through 34.070 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not to exceed $20, excluding costs. Each day’s continuation of any offense shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be punished as such.
