§ 34.065 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The city created the City of Beggs Medical Trust by Ord. 76-1, as amended by Ord. 89-2, passed 4-3-1989, and Ord. 92-02, passed 12-11-1992. The Trust instrument and papers are on file with the City Clerk.
