§ 51.136 HEARING PROCEDURE.
   Prior to suspension of service pursuant to § 51.133(A), (B), (G), (H), (J), (K), (L) or (M) above, the customer has the right to request a hearing with the Town Manager. In order to exercise this right, the customer must deliver to the town a written request for a hearing. The request must state the reasons why the customer believes service should not be suspended. The written request must be received by the town within ten days after the date of the notice of suspension. The hearing shall be conducted within ten days after the written request for a hearing is received by the town. The Town Manager shall determine the date and time of the hearing. If the customer fails to attend the hearing, the Town Manager shall make a decision based upon the written documents received from the customer and the Public Utilities Department. The decision of the Town Manager is final.
