§ 51.135 REFUSAL OF SERVICE.

   The town may permanently refuse water and/or sewer service to any customer:

   (A)   Who connects his or her property to the town's water or sewer system without submitting a written application for service to the town;

   (B)   Who turns his or her water back on after the town has discontinued water service;

   (C)   Who violates §§ 51.105 to 51.120 of this chapter;

   (D)   Who connects to, tampers with, or in any way affects the operation of a meter, hydrant, water line, sewer line, or other equipment of the town, without prior written permission from the town; or

   (E)   Who violates any provision of this chapter more than two times.
