Upon identification of a hazard, or hazard potential as defined in § 51.105 of this chapter, the Cross-Connection Coordinator, shall notify the customer, of the property on which the hazard exists of the following:
(A) Location of hazard;
(B) Nature of hazard observed;
(C) Date hazard observed;
(D) Section of code applicable;
(E) Requirements of code;
Such notification to be made by certified mail, with return receipt requested.
