(A) A permitee under this subchapter shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances.
(B) The permitee or other person heading or leading the event shall carry the event permit upon his or her person during the course of the event and shall be available during the event to coordinate with town officials and employees.
