§ 91.44 INSURANCE.
   (A)   No event permit in excess of 250 persons may be granted unless the applicant has demonstrated to the town sufficient proof that they have obtained a comprehensive general liability insurance policy or comparable special events liability insurance policy from an insurance company licensed to do business in this state, with coverage that includes the entire area of the event. Such coverage shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the event. The town shall be named as an additional insured on such a policy.
   (B)   The policy limits of such insurance shall not be less than:
